Sometimes a phone call is all you need to get back on track with your nutrition and exercise regimen. We will discuss your goals, challenges, current training and nutrition, schedule and motivation. We'll make adjustments to your current programs, and I'll provide some tools and techniques to get you back on track. We will discuss my Personal Training philosophy and Services to see if we may be a good fit to work together. Phone consultations are up to 1 hour.

Fitness Consultation (phone)

Includes a 1:1 Phone Consultation so I can help understand your problem areas and goals (weight loss, muscle gain, strength building, + more). From there, I will build a training program to help you reach your goals according to your available equipment (home or commercial gym) and schedule. I will coach you through the program, hold you accountable, be available to answer questions, tweak your workouts as necessary and encourage you along the way.

Month-To-Month - Training

Includes three 1:1 Phone Consultations (1 per month) so I can help understand your problem areas and goals (weight loss, muscle gain, strength building, + more) and make changes month-to-month. I build and tweak your training program to help you reach your goals month-over-month according to your available equipment (home or commercial gym) and schedule. I will coach you through the program, hold you accountable, be available to answer questions, tweak your workouts as necessary and encourage you along the way.

3-Month Training Program

This is a comprehensive 16-week program designed to change your body composition and set you on the path to a permanent lifestyle change. After an initial phone consultation to set up your nutrition and training program, we will constantly communicate; this program evolves as you do. Additionally, I will give you the tools needed to continue making progress long after the 16 weeks. This program is only for those who are committed and disciplined to making a change.
